Andy McCarthy:
Pioneer in Renewable Energy
Andy McCarthy needs no introduction, having spent over 20 years in the renewable energy space. Andy founded Gippsland Solar in the coal heartland of the Latrobe Valley in 2010, transforming it into one of the largest employers of its kind in Australia. Through strategic acquisitions and expansion, Andy significantly grew Gippsland Solar’s footprint across the country, culminating in its acquisition by RACV in late 2019. Andy continued as the CEO and MD of RACV Solar, steering its ambitious growth agenda for 3.5 years before stepping down in 2023 to travel with his young family. Currently, Andy is a business coach and advisor, consulting with government and private sector entities on energy policy and strategy. He is also set to release a book about his journey, entitled “Here Comes The Sun,” in late 2024.
Keshia Noronho:
A Leader in Solar Excellence
Keshia Noronho is best known for her tenure as Managing Director of Fronius Australia from 2016 to 2022, where she led the company to remarkable growth, establishing it as a market leader. Keshia’s dedication to business excellence and her ability to foster meaningful industry connections have earned her a stellar reputation. Additionally, she is a founding member and board member of Australian Women in Solar Energy (AWISE), advocating for increased diversity and growth in the Australian solar industry. Keshia’s strategic vision and commitment to innovation make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Warwick Johnston:
Visionary Market Analyst
Warwick Johnston has been a trailblazer in the Australian PV industry since 2005. In 2009, he founded SunWiz, the leading market analysis firm for the Australian solar and storage industry. Warwick has held numerous industry leadership roles, including positions at the Clean Energy Council, International Energy Agency, and SEIA NSW.
Warwick’s deep industry knowledge and analytical expertise are crucial to our mission of elevating post-installation service standards. We are excited to leverage his insights and support as we continue to drive innovation in the renewable energy sector.
