Last week, Omnidian and AIKO co-hosted an exclusive VIP event at All Energy Australia, creating a platform for industry leaders and partners to discuss ways to elevate the solar industry. David Pethick opened the event by sharing Omnidian’s vision for post-installation service. He noted that in Australia, many solar systems are installed but remain unmonitored, which allows issues to go undetected for months. He highlighted that this lack of proactive support is one of the main reasons for negative reviews in the industry. David then reiterated Omnidian’s commitment to addressing this gap by offering solar retailers and manufacturers a ‘service department in a box,’ enabling them to provide top-tier customer service without the additional overhead cost or complexity.
David also touched on Omnidian’s growth in Australia, mentioning that by 2025, Omnidian will have 100,000 assets under management as we continue to partner with retailers and OEMs to deliver exceptional service on their behalf.
Thomas Bywater, Country Director of AIKO followed by discussing AIKO’s commitment to advancing solar technology. He emphasised AIKO’s focus on innovation that improves performance, efficiency, and affordability for consumers.
