Keshia Noronho is an accomplished professional best known in the industry as the Managing Director of Fronius Australia from 2016 to 2022. During this time, Keshia led the incredible growth of Fronius Australia to become the market leader it is known as today. Keshia’s commitment to business excellence and her passion for fostering meaningful connections have earned her a reputation as a results-driven and respected leader in the field. Additionally, Keshia is proud to be a founding member and board member of Australian Women in Solar Energy (AWISE), contributing to the growth and increased diversity of the solar industry in Australia.

David Kenny

A Stanford University alumni with a MS & BS in Mechanical Engineering, David has a deep background in solar operations, including building and running the nation’s second largest residential fleet. Before co-founding Omnidian, Dave was Senior Director at SunRun, managing and leading the second largest leased residential fleet in the world — including field operations, quality assurance, systems performance and field service network. He has over 12 years of solar and clean tech experience at Sunrun, Metrus Energy and MMA Renewable Ventures. Now, David is the visionary behind our proprietary analytical platform. His vision for our proprietary technology garnered the attention and support of the Department of Energy, resulting in a significant grant supporting the “accelerated development of highly impactful solar technologies.”

Warwick Johnston is a trailblazer in the Australian PV industry, with a remarkable journey starting in 2004. Warwick founded SunWiz in 2009, which is the pre-eminent market analyst for the Australian solar & storage industry. Warwick has held industry leadership positions at the Clean Energy Council, International Energy Agency, SEIA NSW, and many other locations.

Andy McCarthy

Advisory Board Member

Andy McCarthy founded Gippsland Solar in the coal heartland of the Latrobe Valley in 2010 and built it into one of the largest employers of its kind in Australia. After acquiring several solar companies and building a significant footprint across the country, Andy secured an acquisition by RACV in late 2019. He stayed on for 3.5 years as the CEO and MD of RACV Solar, overseeing RACV’s ambitious growth agenda before stepping down in 2023 for a career break to travel with his young family.

Andy is now a business coach and advisor, while also consulting to government and the private sector on energy policy and strategy. He has also written a book about his journey entitled “Here Comes The Sun”, which will be released in late 2024.

With a doctorate in law and 25-years’ experience building high-growth brands and award-winning communication strategies, Brad brings national and international executive-level experience in traditional retail, financial services and renewable energy. He was appointed Chairman of the Board of the Retail Advertising & Marketing Association, inducted into the Retail Marketing Hall of Fame, named the nation’s #1 CMO by U.S. Banker and featured on the cover of Brandweek magazine for his leadership in repositioning the billion-dollar retail banking ad sector. In 2016, he was invited to keynote the World Retail Congress in Dubai to speak about creating genuine value for customers. Brad leads a team of industry vets bringing the nation’s leading solar protection plans and an exceptional client experience to the residential and commercial solar markets.

Mark Liffmann

Mark Liffmann is co-founder and CEO of Omnidian — the nation’s first performance assurance provider for residential and commercial solar systems. We believe capital investments in solar energy need protection and we founded Omnidian to provide lifetime performance assurance to homeowners, business owners and portfolio-scale residential and commercial system owners. A fifteen-year veteran of the solar industry, he co-founded the residential and light commercial business at SunPower and developed a $500 million global enterprise. He previously held executive leadership positions at Clean Power Research, enerG2 and Solar Depot (Soligent). He holds degrees in Physics and Public Policy from Stanford, and Economics and Law from Harvard University. “We believe capital investments in solar energy need protection and we founded Omnidian to provide lifetime performance assurance to the homeowner and portfolio-scale residential system owners.”

Ray Szylko

Steward of Strategic Alliances

As co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Omnidian, Ray is responsible for business development and strategic partnerships. With over 24 years of executive leadership experience and a track record for identifying and forging strategic alliances, he most recently served as Managing Director of Advisory in Financial Services for KPMG. He previously served as a senior executive with Washington Mutual Bank’s Commercial Division — where he launched a $2 billion business line, as Head of Product for Bank of the West, and as SVP with financial services provider, Account Now. In the solar industry, he transformed the global customer acquisition strategies for SunPower. Ray holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and an undergraduate degree in Business Economics and Public Policy from Indiana University.
